Entry Level Key Apprentice
At First Chapter Development we put our team first! One of our core values is growth. We are looking to expand, but we want to do this organically! We are looking to hire an Entry Level Key Apprentice to help run our Car Keys Express Events. Responsibilities
● Interact with potential customers to educate them on available products and services
● Programming keys, re-keying and cutting to code
● Creating automotive keys and programming transponders
● Maintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of sales
● Manage on-site Inventory
● Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
● Document and update customer records based on interactions
Requirements
● 1-3 years of customer service and sales experience
● Previous experience in Automotive, Installation, or related field preferred
● Ability to lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, enter/ exit other vehicles
● Outstanding communications skills and above average emotional intelligence
● Ability to be on time and work independently or in a team setting
● Strong work ethic and a self-starter with a drive to grow
● Maintain knowledge base on new features and product launches
